Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Everbliss LLC ("Everbliss," "we," "us") processes information in connection with the Everbliss Page Publisher website and related Facebook Page integrations (the "Service"). It applies when you use the Service, connect a Page, or contact us.
Email contact@everbliss.llc. For deletion, see our Data Deletion Instructions. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
1. Information we process
Depending on the capabilities you use, this may include:
- Connection information: Meta account identifiers made available through authorized login, Facebook Page IDs and names, granted permissions, access-review metadata, and connection status.
- Authorization credentials: access tokens or other API credentials needed to operate an authorized Facebook connection. We do not ask for your Facebook password.
- Content you provide: post text, images, videos, captions, scheduling preferences, drafts, comments and links you choose to submit.
- Publishing records: Page-specific approvals, scheduled jobs, publication statuses, Meta post identifiers, confirmations, and security or error audit records.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting us for support, privacy inquiries or deletion requests.
- Technical information: request timestamps, IP addresses, browser information and operational/security logs processed through the website and its hosting infrastructure.
Not every feature described here is necessarily available to every user or account. We process information associated with features only when those features are used or enabled.
2. How we use information
- To authenticate and authorize access to the Service and connected Facebook Pages.
- To create, display, schedule, publish and record content that an authorized user approves.
- To prevent unauthorized access, duplicated publications, or unsafe retries after uncertain outcomes.
- To troubleshoot errors, maintain reliable operation, and respond to support and deletion requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and applicable Meta Platform requirements.
Connecting a Page does not itself mean every draft will be published: publication remains subject to the authorization controls provided by the Service.
3. Third-party services and public posts
We use Cloudflare for application hosting and related infrastructure and interact with Meta/Facebook to operate authorized Page connections and publishing features. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
When you authorize a Facebook post, the material you choose to publish becomes available on Facebook according to the Page's settings and Meta's rules. Deleting data from Everbliss does not automatically remove already-published material from Facebook.
We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect the security and integrity of the Service.
4. Security and retention
We use access controls and server-side credential-handling mechanisms intended to restrict access to authorized services and operators. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for the Service, security and publication integrity, support requests, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Retention depends on the record type and the reason it is needed. When information is no longer required, it should be deleted or de-identified in accordance with applicable requirements.
5. Your choices and requests
- Disconnect Facebook: revoke the Everbliss Page Publisher app in Facebook's Apps and Websites settings.
- Request access, correction or deletion: email contact@everbliss.llc and identify the account or Page concerned. We may need to verify your authority before acting.
- Manage published posts: posts already on Facebook may need to be edited or removed from the relevant Facebook Page separately.
Applicable privacy laws may give you additional rights. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and Meta requirements. See the step-by-step deletion instructions.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as our features or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, contact:
